Here environment and culture for the job is good. teammates are supportive and management policies are transparent . Company policies are good appraisals are fair according to to appraisals salary hike and bonus got every year.

There is a decent salary but career growth is still slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions .I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get the taste of different roles within the same team.

The work pressure is high and growth is very slow. Job is safe only when completion of the project and salary growth is quite slow which is not appreciable. on the time of appraisals, we are not satisfied due to not full fill expectation which is pain sometimes.
