...er growth better but not for sales executive because company joined me off role. Good salary for any employee from company

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have not training from company on-job.The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attendes client calls in th evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of th times. there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes

I doesn't noticed any kind of politics in my more than 2 year's association with Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd! Work environment is very familiar! In fact we works as a family! ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Most ridiculas company.they hold your salary only on the basis that you did.nt pick a call.dont join this company people are religious oriented they dont consider holiday of hindu calender.they are racist.bekar company hai yaar and staff bhot jyada bekar tumhe salary hi ni milegi agar sm ya rsm ne hold kar di to.and HR bekar hai uski kuch ni chalti.free ki salary kha re hain.bakwaas company.maine apna career barbad kar liya is company ki wajah se.politicians ki bikau company mere saamne badal ko loan diye bina kisi app form sign ke financials ke nd bank statement ke.chor hain indiabulls waale.
