Dislikes

There are no giving importance to lower level managers and executives. Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.

Work environment is good, cafeteria and gaming space is enough for chilling. Teammates are like friends. Appraisals are fair for everyone moreover hard workers also got exceptional.

...er growth better but not for sales executive because company joined me off role. Good salary for any employee from company

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I have not training from company on-job.The work pressure is very high sometimes I have work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attendes client calls in th evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of th times. there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes

Our manager were very helpful to support and it's miserable working space.

...nable to understand the company norms, including no benefit of medical claims. And i resign to this organisation almost one and half year still not received work experience and one month salary.
