I like the indiabulls company this very good company the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest yechnology.

Compensation is decent, but groeth is slow. The work preasure is very high sometimes.

Company is really good only if you wants to switch your job and increase your salary, they pays good. That's only good thing.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, no work life balance, always opens on every gazetted holiday, every Saturday , Sunday. Closing always extend to 3-4 day of next month. Upper management is also very bad. They can increase customer roi anytime without any specific reason. File disbursement of the month starts on 30-31 of the month , till that no Disb happens. They also treat credit managers like Cpa. No travelling allowances. Increment also very late happens in the month of October, while in other I generally happen in April,may.

Company providing work life balance to all employees. All employees are taken care of their salary and other monetary benefits. We are blessed to work for the company for our as well as company's welfare . Wish our company to reach greater heights.

Need to expand more and more business to be done . Currently we are working in select places only.

The salary was on time , totally cleaned up building, location is very good

The senior behaviour was so bad , there is no zero tolerance policy in this company, all seniors staff touchier, working strech without any reason, corruption in break time

There are no giving importance to lower level managers and executives. Only top level managers are doing their jobs secure, and increase his salary but they don't bother about lower level managers There is no job security There is no career growth Product is not customer friendly, suddenly increase the rate of interest, when the customer ask to reduce, that reducing is not possible in our hand, head office will take care, but no one is not responsible.
