There was no growth opportunities in terms of knowledge, increments,appraisals. No appreciation. It is a sinking ship

No increment since last 3 years and then 25 % pay cut on CTC and then a sudden layoff, with no notice period from company's side, no help during COVID ERA, SUDDENLY LASY DAY ANOUNCED AS 31st May.

This company is open to innovation. It's management team are very aggressive. Here employees has Career growth, learning, work environment are excellent

Indiabulls is not reliable brand. During covid 19 when employees needs financial support from company that time company kicked off it's employees without any authentic reason and i was also victim of the same. My experience is not good with indiabulls. I will rate very poor to indiabulls.

There is several reasons I dislike about this company the company leave policy was very restrictive, with only two days of leave per month which is insufficient Additional the process of receiving my Full and final settlement was delayed it’s almost 5 months now I didn’t get my FNF settlement amount which is not good for even a single employee The work culture was extremely bad if you will work there you will feel like Majdoor Majboor Majboor they don’t care about your personal life and mental life or there was lake of proper communication from the management's side all over the my experience was very unsatisfied and disappointed and I would not recommend working there other
