This is my personal experience, but the work culture was not conducive for creative growth. They didn't care or took any action to change the situation and toxic work environment.

Perhaps the only good thing about working here is that it is a renowned company and people seem to know the place where you work.

Dislikes

The workplace is fairly exploitative, to be honest! The salary that they pay is usually below the standard, and as an employee you are often made to work beyond your usual hours.

It's the best company, I have ever worked with, Director was good gave the compensation above my quotation, Appraisal was with in three months and above all brand of INDIA TODAY GROUP.Flexibility in terms work, leave and Director never question for any additional voucher raised for travel & overtime allowance. Director Custom publishing & Customer care was superb Ms. Poonam Sangha.

It's A Media Company, I Always Got Opportunity To Work Different Different Field Like Travel , Auto , Fashion , Lifestyle ,Cultural, Business And I Always Work For Both Platform Digital And TV.

It was a great place to learn and to earn but in the end due to lay offs, I'm a bit hurt. But would definitely love to rejoin if the appraisal of two cycles are covered in the form of increment 😇
