So the Company was Good in starting years in terms of every aspect but in recent few months situation is getting worse and people are getting toxic at organization.

...l value is identified when you will bring an offer letter from other company. Your last year Bonus will be revoked if you will resigned from company in next 6 months. Specially the condition of IT department is pathetic now, The Head of IT is a person who is moody, crack lame jokes everytime and don't know how to lead a team. He has to be in politics he would become a great leader there instead of corporate.

Good place if you want a chill life and no learning with bare minimum salary.

Hell lot of things to dislike. No proper appraisals. Pathetic work like balance. Lot of work load. No appreciation. Brutal politics.
