In short it's like govt job.. they won't give any work pressure or over time work.. they provide good food for their employees.. they will accept our leave and permission when ever we need..

...ing they have a big process... So easily we wont get solutions for our problem.. if you want to relieve from the company then u need to pay to the company or else you need to serve 90days with out any leave and permission..

Job security very good and work culture also good management was to friendly company policies not good due to not regular supply all products that's why Distributotor are not satisfied to increase their business and employees are satisfied due to non passing any yearly bonus

Management doesn't address Distributotor issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.no traning given any new employee

nothing The WTD is the grandson of the founder - that is his qualification. He has no vision. his leadership quality is the weekend binge in bangalore. The company has been run aground in the last 6 years due to top management decision.

Dislikes

Gautam and his cronies have ruined this company they dont pay executive and workers salaries on time. they will be liquidated in the next decade they are already on oxygen supplied by SImpson thru INter corporate loans converted to Equity 200 crores turnover - 75 crores equity...this is going down the drain company.

INDIA PISTONS LIMITED is good company for freshers to learn the work . what they are studied in the text theoretically those all subjects are experienced practically .

IPL is a one group of company , so decision making and implementation takes time.
