1. It is very good organization for working and learning. Employees and colleagues are well supportive during the New project takeover. 2. India Nippon is the leading manufacturer in ignition system for Two/Three wheeler. 3. Maintaining good quality of products. 4. Very good and hygienic food.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that that I am a part of alearn that market reliable , high quality products and has a globe client base as a result, I get to travel abroad , especially to they'd and Canada . But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client and they have some offices in Toronto hence I got a B1 visa quickly . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire olive here

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night . Manager s do not value an individual s unique strengths , which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times , I do receive appreciation emails from my client , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals . Also there is no on job training for Freshers , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is Spain sometimes

In initially I like a few things which as of know not followed by the company. 1. Diwali bonus or gift worth 3500₹, didn't give from last 2 years. 2. Evening snack at shift end worth 10-15₹, Didn't give from last 2 years. 3. People encouraging and involvement.

...plenty of dislike things 1. No increments have given in organization since 2019. So if you'll really decided to join then ask good enough amount of salary at least 30%. 2. There is no scope to enrich your profile apart from spending number of year in that organization you can't get anything. 3. The way to show CTC a kind of threat which you never justify to other organization. Mainly they mentioned 5000₹ in part C which hadn't any exsistance, beware with that glitch. 4. Medical policy only give you 1 lakh cover, so based on that and behaviour of management work as threat for you. 5. After all above mentioned thing, if you were really thing, you would be best him/herself then the criteria of promotion and increment I.e. you have to perform world class. "Which isn't clearly define by the management" that what criteria you fulfill at your level. Because you might be start thinking if your profile involvement in day to day activity then is it possible to you. So I reckon if you were really haven't other option, you would join just for 1.5 year not more than that.
