The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is a bit poor, but growth is high. The work pressure sometimes is high, I have to prepare the samples to deliver them to the client. Apart from that, there is a lack of co-operation from people working in production department. Working in this company shows poor culture and employees doesn't get much safety, which is why I can't suggest this company to my friends and other people. Other than that, there is no on-job training to freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
