The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is a bit poor, but growth is high. The work pressure sometimes is high, I have to prepare the samples to deliver them to the client. Apart from that, there is a lack of co-operation from people working in production department. Working in this company shows poor culture and employees doesn't get much safety, which is why I can't suggest this company to my friends and other people.
