... chocolate or Rs 300 sweet box. Nothing will be given on the occasion of Diwali. No bonus for the entire year. only to specific manager levels. HR and company accountant changes or resigns every 4 to 5 months. Loose Projects to Metrique or Access Healthcare because of inefficiency and knowledge. Ghost projects and culture force you to adapt to and work using the logins of employees who would have resigned many years ago. Clients won't recognize you working on behalf of ghost logins and credentials. Managers will speak shit. Hikes letters will be distributed after 5 or 6 months to restrict employee from resigning immediately post hike.

Zero job security. They will not get the confirmation from client early after appointed the new employee then they will get the FTE requirement confirmation. No proper plan in FTE. It's affect employee career

Worst... Zero job security. Lathagic management. Worst. Don't go this job and spoil your career. They will force you to join after you joined only they will ask the FTE confirmation. Very worst... Better look other companies

1. Poor Job security (Despite having no fault with employees) 2. Managers/Senior Managers are not capable of leading a team. (Just imagine the leadership of non capable persons) in both locations (Chennai and Bangalore) 3.Dirty politics (Favourable employees promoted, here capability of an individual is determined on the basis of how close is such person to manager(s)/senior manager(s). 4. If the company loses its client(s), without second thought all the team members in particular project, will be fired, on immediate notice period. 5. Here decision makers have the capability of understanding performance of new employee within a month, but unfortunately they have 6 months of probation. How pity!!! 6. No equal/fair treatment for all the employees. 7. HR Professionals are not qualified. They don't even know any HR policy. Every time we receive the answer like "I DON'T KNOW". 8. Management gives employees unacceptable options, at the time of relieving. . 9. Zero rating for Skills development & Learning and Job Security. 10. Inefficient management.
