India Garage is a Good Concern but They don't anything favor for an employees they Only looking for Product sales But they are not giving Sufficient Salary and Patrol Allowances, If they make their own Employers Happy and immediately They'll get a growth in Sales! And the India Garage Accounts Team is Worst And I Never ever seen such a Team!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
