Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Compensation is decent,but growth is poor. The work pressure very high. Alternative days have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day.also there is no job,which is a pain sometimes

If you want to work overtime every day then no one will stop you

Dislikes

There is no canteen nor breakfast is available here.Drinking water is supplied in bottles here That is why there is no drinking water at night and sometimes even during the day.Here one employee always belittles the other so that he can create a good image in front of his seniors.Quality has no value here, just production should not stop.
