Approachable culture also women driven organisation. Good place for new comers to learn HR policies good for female and male staff Mediclaim policies are good Work life balence great Within the organisation transfers are possible and HR supports

Increment is very less and remuneration is far less than industry standard. Deals in one product so scope of learning declines after some time. Literally everything is governed by HR so it can sometimes effect your appraisal standard

A lot of internal politics, everyone is just busy in saving their place. Not good for a fresher to start their career with this company. You will never know when is your last day with this company. Even if you hold a higher position in this company, insecurity remains the same for everyone. Not seen anyone who is there for more than 2-3 years, only 4-5 employees are there for more than 5 years. Do your own due diligence before joining any company.

Nobody has much work here.... everyone enjoys on account of company. They get holidays more than even a school children will have....... policies are bent like anything for personal gains..even a basic employee can enjoy cabin benefits using management is in your favor...basically this is best company if you have no self respect....and love to chill on somebody elses money

No ethics whatsoever....lately pasting fake reviews on LinkedIn that how good company is...dont go by any linkedin review...HR is pressuring hapless employee's

Since it was a small organisation, your work was reviewed and recognized by the Vice President. My profile required to interact with the CEO and director of the company to review on the cash disbursement to be made. These two were the only positives in the company.

The culture of the company was unprofessional. The language command of the managers and relationship on office floor was not maintained on a professional manner.
