Travel : Not that much travels required. Work will be in the parent unit itself, in case Travel requires it will be only for the training sessions and for any important meetings to other ICL related unit(s) itself. Politics : Employees are supportive, normal politics will be there it will not hurt the Job. Learning : Every achievement will give new learning. There is a large opportunities for learning through job. Work environment : Very good

Very good Company filled with skilled employees and workers around. Cultural activities as well as CSR activities are treated as very important. However, work pressure will be there for each and every one according to their designation , that will be limited only within the roles and responsibilities. Earning experience through each and every achievements.

Zero growth in your career,no job satisfaction,treating trainees as painters and cleaners ,worst canteen you can ever see in an industry,though you workhard you will be a trainee even after 3years

Top Management all are caste based . They will make only their caste to grow and be in top position with high salary benefits and Perks. It is caste based not India cements Iyer cements . Lower level will never come up in career even if they come full politics with caste based

Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. Maintenance of Control room consists of 86 CCCameras, Laisoning with local Police, collection of intelligence, procuring Company lands from occupiers in a strategic way and fixing boundaries. Implementing safety instructions to ensure zero accident, ensuring serviceability of Company cars, jeeps, and motor cycles etc.,
