BasicallyThis company is cement manufacturing company having seven cement factory s and two grinding units . As HR manager I love this company hence I am able to work for thirty five years.

Compensation is ok but growth is very low.

Formerly this company's name is Coromandel Fertilizers Limited ( Cement Plant ) after acquisition by the India cements Limited mostly rules and employees befits are collapsed.

Compensation and growth is very slow. There is no recognition for hard workers. I manage the totally one section about five years, but there is no appreciation.

Zero growth in your career,no job satisfaction,treating trainees as painters and cleaners ,worst canteen you can ever see in an industry,though you workhard you will be a trainee even after 3years

Top Management all are caste based . They will make only their caste to grow and be in top position with high salary benefits and Perks. It is caste based not India cements Iyer cements . Lower level will never come up in career even if they come full politics with caste based

Nice, it's 2yrs contractual basis, consolidated salary of 1,10,000 pm. Main task and Core function of CSO is to take care of Company assets, safety of Employees, maintaining of fire extinguishers, hydrants, providing fire fighting training to security personnel, control of thefts. Monitoring inward and outward material providing security at colony, lorry yard, pump house, railway line. Maintenance of Control room consists of 86 CCCameras, Laisoning with local Police, collection of intelligence, procuring Company lands from occupiers in a strategic way and fixing boundaries. Implementing safety instructions to ensure zero accident, ensuring serviceability of Company cars, jeeps, and motor cycles etc.,
