I work with many manegers,but approx manegers are making lobbies especially phillipines.which is very heart wrenching.actual talented employees being a silent object infront of the company holders. Sorry.

For example, instead of explaining how bad management was, say something like "I took great initiative managing myself, pushing harder with each project until it reached success."

It was great experience working with the company. Find lots of friends there , plus learned a lot . It was friendly environment there , found so much fun working there. Overall it was great experience.

while leaving from there, they took so much time to do clearance & there replies for questions which is asked(to the assistant hr) was not proper means he seems pissed. I wish they will treat the same while leaving as the time working there.
