Nothing good about it. Only pro is you get to learn a lot if you're a fresher.

Dislikes

Bad compensation, worst management. Repetitive work after sometime. They don't care about the employee needs, will exploit them if they can. Minimal appraisal and almost zero appreciation because none of their products went live due to poor business decisions.

Nothing much to like, Everything about this company is either mediocre or terrible. Having spent around a year here did help me learn a lot of new things, but it is nowhere near to that point where it deserve any appreciation from its employees.

Dislikes

...s, healthy work environment and employee respect, doesn't exist in this company. There were no bonus, no increments, no job security (major issue), toxic work environment, and very little career growth. The people in charge have no idea about the product or how to move forward with it at all.

...re they want to go. Poor upper level leadership. Everytime they beg for funding. No appraisal, no incentive, no bonus. Just lying and cheating customers. Few people are there who are genuine and want to take company to next level but few are there who resist the good things specially a person named Srinivas.
