Do not join Indegene. No work life balance. Politics, favotism, HR are clowns who doesn't know anything, harrasment is common by managers and seniors. After working 12-14 hrs daily still PMS time MANAGER do not mention you contributed work. If they want you to kick of the manager frame you and deliberately put you in PIP. Managers and seniors manager have lack of skills in team building, skills development of team members, projects knowledge and most of do not know what and how repotees are working on projects They just are promoted based on how much they butter seniors in online team meeting and offline. If you have family to feed do not join Indegene

Dislikes

No skills development, HR are not available for inquiry regarding the salary structure. Bad work flows as well as bad bosses, politics and constant work pressure including on weekends. Manual data storage

The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

The work culture at Indegene allows each employee to showcase their ideas and voice their opinions. This creates a healthy environment promoting growth and visibility with senior leadership.

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. No one works in a corporate setting for passion. Everyone expects and deserves fiar pay for what they contribute.

The team members are good and approachable and my manager was too Good I was really enjoyed and he helped me to learn many things

Salary hike is ok not up to happy and we need more support on appraisal matter

1) Salary credits on time 2) Leaves/holiday system works well

1) No work-life balance. 2) Poor work culture, people here have more of a boss mentality rather than of a leader. 3) Typical service-based mindset, management has no clear view of the goals, they run to get the clients and don't care how the work is being done. 4) Personal/skill development is minimal as they don't offer any learning opportunities, only the skills required for the client project are focused on and provided opportunities for.
