The work culture at Indegene allows each employee to showcase their ideas and voice their opinions. This creates a healthy environment promoting growth and visibility with senior leadership.

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work. No one works in a corporate setting for passion. Everyone expects and deserves fiar pay for what they contribute.

1) Salary credits on time 2) Leaves/holiday system works well

Dislikes

1) No work-life balance. 2) Poor work culture, people here have more of a boss mentality rather than of a leader. 3) Typical service-based mindset, management has no clear view of the goals, they run to get the clients and don't care how the work is being done. 4) Personal/skill development is minimal as they don't offer any learning opportunities, only the skills required for the client project are focused on and provided opportunities for.

Note : I was not laid-off, I decided to leave due to the poor culture and lack of growth in this company. Hence, I am not someone who is looking out to vent over here but rather want to tell people (whoever reads this) to stay away from this company. Honestly, I joined this company thinking I’ll get the growth in terms of my career and upskill myself with the broader area of the company’s operations. But it turned out to be one of the worst companies I have worked with. The only fine thing is that they give you a package which can match the market but again, it depends on how you negotiate.

...d for it.” So people, forget your personal life and health. And the best part is - NO OVERTIME PAY. Yes you read that write. My colleagues would get hospitalised frequently due to the pressure. And guys, thinking of a promotion? Well, get ready to wait for a minimum of 3-4 years. Be a bootlicker if you are a manager pleaser, maybe you’ll get it within 2 years. I got to experience one hike - the number is worse than you think. 3) Culture - They say that they value the employees well-being and stuff, maybe that’s what the founders (executive management) genuinely wants for it’s employees but guys, your - Team Leads, Managers, Senior Managers will eat you up. If you want to burn, do join this company. For someone like me who can hustle to push my limits and look for growth and yet see no fruit, you can imagine how pathetic this company is - and by that please do consider the management of the company and not its leaders who want their company to succeed. Unfortunately, it’s been spoiled by the wrong hires at the managerial level. Best of luck!

Salary benefits being lateral resource was good.

Dislikes

Manager doesn't provide necessary rights and information to deserving laterals or Senior Technical Resources but MBA College Graduate Freshers (MicroBiology/Pharma/Civil engineer) are ruling the Digital Enablement team of Analytics as a Boss leading to micromanagement and a pathetic workplace as people are forced the work for more than 10 hours per day, above mentioned incapable manager not able to even convert business requirements into measurable KPIs for Analytics implementation team are relaxing in a comfortable zone more than 1-2 yrs. They are such unskilled people, are not able to switch and move to other workplace. So, they harass technical sound folks coming from good companies in probation period itself, that insecure poor mind lady Jinan Muneer(Digital Enablement team - PM), PA of Anshul Saini(Impulsive, Egoistic Manager) is a potential threat for Team's healthy Collaboration and growth as good technical people left company because of cheap politics going in a small team. Mohit Goyal, new Associate Manager, who joined Indegene - DE team in April 2023 end, within 20 days he became Reporting Manager of this DE team as Anshul Saini 's acquaintance Mohit Goyal was being hired by Anshul, both Anshul Saini, Mohit Goyal and Jinan Muneer planned cheap politics and forced a Senior female Talented Lateral resource 11.6 yrs experienced, who joined as an Associate Manager in Feb 2023, resigned in last 6th Month of her tenure because of above mentioned poor minds, non-deserving people, who got bit lucky, Anshul Saini knows nothing about Adobe Analytics Launch(AEP), Google Analytics 4 (upgrade version of Analytics tool) in 8 yrs experience, he came Manager from Associate Manager, still he is learning from technical people and take KT from technical sound people like senior female Associate Manager, who had to quit because of Anshul unfair cheap game , he planned with Mohit Goyal, Jinan Muneer and Divakar HR. These people are really poisons for a good lateral professional's growth, i trusted Anshul words, he used to say earlier, u will be next Manager for this Digital Enablement team but he backstabbed and planned everything being an egoistic impulsive Manager later, just before he moved US Philadelphia for GSK operations. He handed over to his PA Jinan Muneer(Civil Engineer) and Mohit Goyal (Lateral who didn't even completed his 2 months of probation in this new company team, just because Anshul knew him earlier, so favoured him and snatched all legal rights of Senior Female Associate Manager and gave her rights to his favourites Goyal and Jinan Muneer as they would stay in this DE team for longer time as they are not much skilled as such of Senior Female Associate Manager 🫣) She lost her trust on her Manager - Anshul Saini, worst Manager and person she had to meet in her last 11+ yrs of experience. She had worked in all 5 big MNCs like her 1st Campus Placement company TCS Pune, then Vodafone IT Services(UK Based Telecom), Cognizant, IBM and UBS- Synechron (5th company of that female Associate Manager) She has never faced such cheap politics in her earlier branded companies In small company like Indegene Private Limited, which doesn't even come under tier 2 companies list has small minds playing politics now to save their job in this competitive time. So, it's a advice my dear friends, save your career and choose other company than Indegene for your professional growth. Thanks for reading a terrible experience of an honest , sincere and helpful talented female AM, who helped her Manager Anshul Saini to save his team performance and also prepared so many documents like Adobe Analytics Capability Deck for Anshul, literally saved his yearly rating appraisal in April 2023.. and in return Anshul Saini betrayed her to save job of his puppets Jinan Muneer and Mohit Goyal.

On time salary

Dislikes

Significant concerns plagues A5's leadership structure, communication channels and management approach. Leadership appears heavily influenced by higher management, resulting in a disconnect between decisions made at the top and the needs of mid and low-level employees. Management focus on trivial matters over meaningful product development, exemplified by Deepak Arora and Raghavendra Tirtha, is demotivating for employees. the cultures of long hours and job insecurity exacerbates the high-pressure environment . Raghuvendra's insistence on the inefficient DSP tool for cost-cutting exacerbates productivity issues, despite acknowledging it's inadequacy. Management focus on Excel tasks rather than meaningful projects. Employees are compelled to function more as excel developer than a real professional developer. always focus on unrealistic to complete projects in the first round testing(FTR) , reflects a lack of understanding and direction from leadership. In addressing the issue of a Project Manager in web department lacking awareness of projects and exerting unnecessary pressure on the development team.
