If company has a well qualified staff , I think should be promoting according co law but such as not being, i am a self proof, I have 14 yr experience of Allana .

Dislike about working at Indagro Foods Private Limited is due to the lack of Salary/Appraisal ( There is no such system like Appraisal & Hike) and lack of work life Balance. They says "Your entry should be punctual but there is no time of exit." These phrase are good to listen when you get in return but lack of appraisal system don't fit at this phrase.

I love the fact that I am a part of team, here is good environment and full security of,team members are come from various cultures and background, love to work with them.

In this company quality is priority, sometime it is very challenging, sometime I have to work more than 12 hours. Guiding colleagues time to time.
