The management of the company is absolutely useless, the HR department does not know anything about what is right and what is wrong for the employees.Only the manager level employee is given importance, the lower level employees are made to work like laborers, while the manager level person keeps resting.

...ation,no facilities, no benefits,no medical provided to employees... Benefits:- But salary is on time, good working hours 9 am to 6 pm,job is secure, management is good... But management is trying to improve the system as this plant is takenover in 2018...

One of the biggest features here is that in this teamwork, in any problem or in anything, everyone is ready to help each other.

There is no proper timing of increment and salary and health and insurance of workers There is no special arrangement. But now these subjects are slowly improving, I hope that these shortcomings will be rectified soon.

It’s a growing/reputed company in India. As far as, I’ve heard about it; the work environment is amazing out here. People really feel proud of working here. It’s truly a golden opportunity for me to work here and explore my potential to the best.

Yes, I can. Sometimes, we do need to work under pressure as well. That’s not a problem for me at all.

Ind Synergy is a very good company. Although I am not doing that job right now, but if I get a chance in lnd Synergy, I would definitely like to go there.

The management is good and the owner is also good. The only reason to dislike it is that it gets closed again and again.
