This company is for elderly people. Very slow. Just come and go. One lunch, two punch. That’s it.

...ivities. Politics at the top, middle and lower levels. Bad roads to the company. Nothing except salary for employees. Very less incentives. Blood suckers.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

...le. Job security for hard workers absolutely no Issue. Career growth is average. Salary and appraisal is also average. As usual I find leg puling and gaming averagely but from that learn more. Learning - Organization is upgrading the existing system and from that I find that my self upgraded time to time. Work environment hard but me make very friendly. Very innovative and always appreciate for Ideas. I had work very hard and same time I enjoy the work with Indswift work culture. The organization is open to innovative and ready to adopts the latest technology. I love this culture and find myself proud that I am the team member of this organization. I always find that market reliable , high quality standard products serving to international market ie global base client. No one get the chance to travel abroad.

Compensation is ok at the same time growth is slow. The work pressure is always there I have worked 12 to 14 hrs on daily basis with joy. I always connected 24 hrs to my clients and guiding them initially I do not like this but then it become a routine habit.
