it is important o reflect of how employees are treated in the workplace . when an employee is threatened , pushed to resign due to office politics, or subjected to toxic environment to toxic work environment and culture , the damage goes beyond their immediate departure. while employees may move on within a few months and find better opportunities , they will carry lasting memories of how they were treated . experiences of being shouted at, humiliated or misunderstood can leave scars hat remain long after they leave. calling someone to humiliates them , especially during non working hours or on holiday not only demeans their dignity but also causes significant mental stress and this is called mental abused . this behavior reflects a lack of empathy and creates an environment where individuals feels abused rather than supported . the power of any position should never come at the cost of someone's dignity . treating people with respect , fairness and understanding is not just a professional obligation but a moral one . will request you to foster a workplace culture that values communication , empathy and mutual respect. being an manager also you will not have any rights to take an business decision if you do so , you will have to justify your act . beware plz find for something better

For me what I feel is like family. Not only talking about my department but overall . I am very much happy for being in Incuspaze with both my personal and official life. Talking about official , for me Incuspaze is a platform of learning and growing. Have no limitations kept for that . Happy to be a part , Eager to Grow with Incuspaze. I love that I wasn't authorised by my previous organization to make some changes on my own but here. I'm free to make any changes and implement what I want and the best part is that I get the approval within minutes. IT support also needs support that is what I'm enjoying at INCUSPAZE SOLUTIONS

You will get know Everything slowly gradually after your selection, lots of rules and regulations, n number of things are hidden you will feel as of working with someone standing on ur head evertime no freedom nothing every time you will listion don't do this ceo don't like this don't do that ceo will get angry oh common this is pathetic
