...rations, plus hr of the company is extremely rude and pathetic They will never accept that their working culture is toxic With salary of internship they squeeze out max from you and expect to work like full time employee in the name of learning Poor management and lack of manners

InCRuiter is the best place to work as I get great mentorship and chance to learn new things.

Dislikes

One thing which I'm not comfortable with InCRuiter is that we have work for Half-day on Saturdays, even though it's a Work From Home.

The company is good. A lot of growth opportunities are given. Management is supportive. The company has its own ATS and because of this things are quite streamlined. The opportunity to coordinate with clients is given and that impressed me more about this company.

Dislikes

No offense but sometimes I feel like there is unrealistic pressure. Have to work on Saturdays also.

Likes

I like the work culture and how everybody is helping and there is also a good learning curve available. Though it's not been a long time still I am enjoying work life balance and the work.

To early to say but Saturday off would be great along with Sunday
