I didn't find anything which hamper anyone's professional career. However, as a suggestion I would recommend to revise their salary structure, should provide benefits like PF & Medical insurance so that employee families can be secure for any future medical emergencies.

I think this job is only for the people's who are searching for a training in digital marketing not for a job purpose only for training cause salary is too low and working hours are more than a company. You have to work 10 hrs per day. But the people's behavior are too good. join if you want to make yr career in digital marketing. And get the training on live projects. Don't go there for money.

Hr department, my senior who inspired me to work and continue but he shifted to bihar and my co workers who helped me in my work.

The new senior who is only talking about strategies but literally he don't have any successful strategy, he is senior not because he is good at work, he is senior because he is a good sycophant. And the culture is absolutely not so good now because there is no freedom of speech, there is no right to put out the questions and they also reject leaves either you are on holiday vacation or some medical emergency, just to show their seniority and not giving salary after leaving the job.
