I worked at Incredible Marketeer for 4 months, and after resigning, I was told I would receive my final paycheck within 45 days. However, it's now been 7 months, and I still haven't been paid. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises, the management and directors have not fulfilled their commitment. This has been a very disappointing experience. Be cautious if you're considering working here.

If you peform wholeheartedly, the life will be so easy, here at incredible marketeer. Clearing your OJT is one milestone you need to achieve and life post OJT will be much more fun. Supportive nature of the directors and co-founders is what I like the most. Fun Friday and Friday snacks is something I enjoy. I have worked with many organisations but this organisation is different in the sense that you wouldn't regret the incoming Monday. It wouldn't be monotonous. You might have gone through days when we are so happy and elated and busy that weekdays, flybys in a flash. That's what it feels working here.

Dislikes

Since it's still a growing organization, there is still a long way to go. I can't remember any cons as such. Wish them all the best for their future endeavours.
