...ble torment of working for the most appalling company in my professional career. For two years, I have toiled tirelessly without receiving a single penny of appraisal or increment in my salary. Upon submitting my resignation in pursuit of a better opportunity, I was subjected to the most despicable behavior imaginable by the *CEO, Dharmendra Kalra, and the Process Head, Chandan Singh*. **A Betrayal of Trust** After serving my 30-day notice period, I left the company on April 18, 2024. After Completion of my resign, I had an interview on May 20, 2024 with a new organization and was offered a position starting on June 10, 2024. However, I was still awaiting payment of my salary amount from IMS (now known as Stefto). **Financial Distress and Deception** Due to their unexplained delay in releasing my salary, I found myself unemployed for over a month and faced severe financial hardship. Desperation led me to visit Stefto's office to inquire about my salary. Chandan Singh(Process Head), who initially feigned concern, promised to resolve the issue and asked about my new employment(by promising me that he's like my brother and will help me to get my salary). **A Malicious Scheme** To my horror, Chandan Singh(Process Head) informed Dharmendra Kalra(CEO) about my new position. They proceeded to contact the organization and falsely claimed that I was still employed at Stefto. As a result, my offer letter was revoked, leaving me in a state of utter despair. **Forced Positive Reviews** Adding insult to injury, I discovered that the positive reviews on Google and other platforms were forcibly written by upper management using employee phones. This blatant manipulation of online reputation is a testament to the company's ethical bankruptcy. **A Warning to Prospective Employees** I implore anyone considering employment at Stefto to exercise extreme caution. This organization has no regard for employee rights, financial well-being, or professional integrity. Their actions have caused me immense financial and emotional distress. If you value your career and reputation, steer clear of this disgraceful company. Its toxic atmosphere and unethical practices will only lead to disappointment and regret. **Rating: 0/5 (Abysmal)**

Job security is not there at all. Neither the management is good. IMS needs a strong AVP plus a female HR .

Everything... Including salary date cause there is no fixed day for the salary if CEO is there on top of head then only they do everything on time.

I am Suraj Sharma, worked as a TRAINER in IMS for one year. I had gave my 100% but due to emergency when I leave the organisation then they HOLD my salary of May Month now they are saying they will not release my salary. That's why IMS is worst place to work. On any designation

Employees trust their leaders to lead them in making the right decisions for the benefit of the company. Casual conversations between staff, managers and even top management take place regularly. Environment is good.
