I like my team and the product I am working for. I joined when InCred was just a start-up, have seen it growing and have contributed in this growth. It feels really good when we are working in a environment where you meet different people teammates and other team's people accounts, legal, operations, clients, learn something that helps with your career growth. You also get appreciation for your hard work.

Dislikes

I have observed some people are just there for salary. They don't have that ownership qualities. Just waiting for the day when they are asked to leave. No programs, functions and good facilities for employees. Some are getting higher salary and doing nothing compared to the hard workers who are working at much lesser salary. It's basically depends on the team you are working with.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mr. Rakesh madia in supply chain finance always harassed and molested every junior under him...he not only exploited the junior managers and MT's in Ugro, hero fincorp and TVS credit in his last roles but molested several Employees since last 15 years..Corrupt HR and under the table dealing managers have recruited him to make additional money.... Kindly check with the POSH team and Central HR in his last five organizations.... Corrupt nbfc recruits such exploitors..

Induction of Corrupt leadership managers. How can a company recruit someone who had a history of taking bribes?

Some vintage staffs turns rules for their purposes and who are adjusting or mingled with them only able to survive here. Even keep distance with them and see our work also they cornering in work

Nothing to like . I was placed in a wrong room where people don’t have hearts & being kind is crime in this office . Managers morph anything and everything according to their time being !!

Worst environment to work & full of internal politics But no one cares , their only motive by EOD is Business, only business no Benefits & no respect too !! They never celebrate an employee win but criticise at their low times cause they need only business .
