PLEASE DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF THIS COMPANY.THERE IS NO HR,SALARY ON 10TH OF EVERY MONTH,NO WORK NO PAY FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS,THEN GOD KNOWS,PEOPLE COME AND GO HERE,MOST OF THE MARKETING EMPLOYEES ARE NEW,DIRTY POLITICS ARE THERE,UNACHIEVABLE TARGET,NO INCENTIVE EVEN IF YOU ACHIEVE THE TARGET,YOU CANNOT ASK ANYTHING OVER THERE,YOU JUST HAVE TO LISTEN,YOU CAN BE TERMINATED ANYTIME WITHOUT ANY WARNING,YOU HAVE TO RETURN TO OFFICE EVERYDAY TO PUNCH OUT EVEN IF YOU ARE VERY FAR AWAY FROM THE OFFICE,NO APPOINTMENT LETTER,NO PAYSLIP,YOU HAVE TO BE A LIAR THAT WE ARE THE PIONEERS,INSPITE OF HAVING MANY COMPETITORS.NONE OF THESE WILL BE INTIMATED TO YOU IN THE INTERVIEW. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day . The every work as urgent . that life like a pressure cooker in this company .
