...lp. Greedy owners just to get more profit they dumbed 10 ppl and hold appraisal. They dont give any diwali gift or bonus. Don't even aspect arrier from this company

Leadership of the organization is poor. They lack team Management skills and are terribly toxic at times. Got no support or help from my manager after joining. He was like, learn things yourself and started expecting things to get done from the first day itself and would always sound disappointed.

To be frank! Everything is good, like work, teammates supportive, policies...but except appraisals are not fair at all...based on the quality of work, they are not recognise when it comes at appraisal... this is true for me...
