A little more clarity on career path (guess its been just 4 years). Leadership likes to give lot of chances to employees for success. Some take it for granted. Leadership should switch to a no nonsense mode.

The higher management, with next to no knowledge about analytics and yet trying to go into analytics. Unbelievable expectations like "make your own regression technique". Unbelievably rude manager to deal with.
