.... It would be beneficial to have Saturdays off, or at least alternate Saturdays. The salary is also lower compared to industry standards. Additionally, the company sometimes imposes unrealistic timelines, which can lead to working on off days, affecting the work-life balance. There's also a lack of opportunities for learning and skill development within the company.

The management and colleagues are very much collaborative. They support each other well. The work culture and connection between co employees are good here.

The working time is a little bit high when compared to the salary, for a little salary one have to work for almost 9 hours.
