Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ant second Auto Cad engineer further. So,we don't require your services further. You will receive full salary for the month of March. Once office will resume,we will send you experience certificate and other documents. Thanks Prafull.) Till 20 March every thing was fine. On 23 March unfortunately lock down occurs due to Covid19, and this situation creates.

This is a very good company and you get to learn a lot, everyone is very supportive in every way and there is a lot of technical stuff to learn here and my biggest mistake was to leave this company, but if I get a chance again, I will definitely join.
