It's been great working with this company. The total working environment is good, friendly and enthusiastic. Supervisors, group leaders always take good care of employees and definitely help them to be focused and dedicated towards their responsibilities. So, during this pandemic Incepta Pharmaceuticals has taken many necessary steps. Among them roster schedule duty and work with maintaining social distance were the first to implement. As well as proper sanitization process was fully executed by the specialized personnel and still doing so. Every day the body temperature checking has been performing while entering into office premises and health check-up on point. If any person was suspected or infected by Covid-19, then isolation is a must for them and while coming back from quarantine they must submit a fitness certificate to office. That how our regular situation management going on.

Dislikes

Salary could be much more than how it is now. Career growth is slow. The worst part is there's count a huge difference between the students of public and private universities while both are competing with the same capabilities.

In Incepta pharmaceuticals limited, I have been working about 6 years , here working environment is good. Have job security but here is a problem , here carrier growth is so low because of all post are saturated and promotion will be gotten after 3 or 4 years.

Dislikes

In Incepta pharmaceuticals limited in Bangladesh, carrier growth is very slow , and I have to work 15 hours straight in a day , which is painful.
