...ht take some action due to which I am giving this review as an anonymous person. Salary hike is very less. They also deduct all your PL's when you want to resign. Serving the said notice period is compulsory and if the employee wants to go early then only the company can adjust the days from his PL, but this company just cancels all your PL and simply say it is a management decision. They never think about the betterment of the employees. Even the managers are very rude. This company should be sued. Please dont work here. From an ex-employee who didn't had the right to express his views but was scolded and harrased. I hope the female employees working here are safe and of sound mind.

There is nothing to like about this company. Please don't join. It's a scam I would suggest the company to stop spending amount of office and instead give good bonus and appraisal to employees.

1. No worklife balance 2. No clean washrooms for female and they want the female employees to come to office everyday 3. Deduct PL balance at the time of resignation 4. They only create policies which is against the benefit of employees and they randomly update their policy with informing employees 5. No professionalism 6. No hybrid work culture

No pattern and structure for training. Training is done very fast and expected that employees will not make any mistakes. The manger just rambles all the work and leaves without proper briefing. They fire the employees if any mistakes are made. HR named samrudhi patil is very rude and expects employees to know everything on the day they join the company. Often taunts and scolds the employees. Very harsh while talking and forces employees to do her work before even if the employee is stuck on critical client delivery. She also has no knowledge and does not help employees with doubts.
