Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

WORK-WISE 1. Don't expect any creative space 2. Stick only to the checklist provided 3. Any ideas in terms of improving a system is not at all entertained 4. Repeated tasks over and over AND 5. Tasks were completely unrelated from my work profile. I was given 5% to 10% of MLOps and repeatedly keep doing that over a period of 2 years. COMPANY WISE: 1. No Work bench policy, once on bench Internal team would try but no guarantee that you will get the new client. 2. Locations where majority of Management people aren't seated, that branch is often neglected and employees hardly feel a part of being in a team. 3. Had to plead a lot for arranging travel just to get the Customer laptop fixed by visiting Customer location.

....even after making employee work for 12-16 hrs .there will be no appreciation...no salary hike ...no promotion ...last but not least no job security and no projects

Micro management Work pressure No proper KT & planning If there is requirement they will hire else they will fire you as simple as that. These people are kind of start up service based company - not having multiple big paying clients Should be answerable to many management folks that the client management & vendor management - Each one wants to ride the project in their own way. But not in a common way, this sucks actually. It will be lot more pressure Projects are not that great. Below average projects. No domain knowledge transfer

...ent harass people. Ruben Varghese is so unprofessional HR he needs to resign. 2. Vikram head of chennai trap employees to do overtime and they dont pay for that 3. toxic work culture if u are from North India and work in chennai incedo, they just ruin you 4. I chose the org by reading reviews here later get to know putting good reviews is a part of their work and they enforce employees to do so 5. Their policies are worst they dont reimburse anything 6. managers are 12th pass have no knowledge about work 7. their only client is Verizon and it scares them 8. You get no opportunity and believe me after getting out of there no one recognize the company you and your work 9. Only people who are facing some critical issue and have no other offer should go 10. This is real review dont go there. I've seen people getting frustated in front of me 11. Every week ceo come to office and dance and its event for them. if you are having growing mindset you are not gonna be there for more time. How you feel if everywhere no one is serious and just every third day a speech from ceo cuz they dont have work also.
