... percent. Till today they have purchased Rs. 8000 to 10000 without my knowledge. Action must be taken against concerned staff and amount of discount must be recovered from their salary.

My colleague's are really helpful and co-operative.I have learned a lott while working in IMH critical area.Got opportunity to share my knowledge by taking lectures for critical care students.

...workloads are way high,need to have registars as well increase in nursing staff. As hospital running good,and running full, we're expecting good hikes in salary.

Haven't get co operation during the days of curfew because of pandemic by hr.they should make available transport becoz public transports are closed. We hav contacted them bt they said if u can't come then your presenty status will be absent.

In inamdar you can work in very friendly environment , lot of new things I had learned from my senior, but wat I feel that, not getting respect for doctor those who r working as registar and rmo from paramedical staff and administration department, one more thing they may do your leaves without pay without knowing you, and reason is it's in system, I lost my 1 month payment, . Overall for learning it's good hospital ,but in terms of earning so , so, no such good incremental. 6_1 year experience is okkk... Don't think for long time......
