My colleague's are really helpful and co-operative.I have learned a lott while working in IMH critical area.Got opportunity to share my knowledge by taking lectures for critical care students.

...workloads are way high,need to have registars as well increase in nursing staff. As hospital running good,and running full, we're expecting good hikes in salary.

No appreciation from Hod and incharge,very bad work environment , senior think that they rule ,always ready to terminate on small mistakes ,No job security

Haven't get co operation during the days of curfew because of pandemic by hr.they should make available transport becoz public transports are closed. We hav contacted them bt they said if u can't come then your presenty status will be absent.
