One of the worst company ever. They never think of you if they wanna fire. Within a sec, they will terminate without any reason. I don't think so they are good in culture.

Sabse bekar company . No job security. They bound you in every direction. You have breath according to them. Else you will be fired.

Work pressure, whether you know that technology or not they ask you to learn over night and work. MOSTLY Project MANAGERS are like technology can be learnt overnight and you can use best practice aswell.given a remote work. There is no work timetable. Anytime you might be asked for any work

they told you to do overtime without any payment. they told you to work on your leaves also. they want you to available for them and their client 24*7. Whatever may happen with you ,it's not their concern. they only care about only clients, who does not care about your leaves and holidays. so everything is dislikable here. no work life balanc.

Inadev is an employee friendly company. It allows individual to maintain total life balance in fulfilling our rights and responsibility in every aspect of life. And this is what I like the most about the company. Another great thing is the managenent, company has hired efficient managers who lead there team very well. One more thing is they take continuous feedback from the employee where they have one to one session with their HR's. I have been provided with many learning resourses to improve my overall skill as per my demand.

Overall everything is good but one thing that should be considered from my individual perspective is more and more chances should be given to employees, to engage in projects along with clients to improve the overall learning experience.
