Compensation word doesn't exist in their dictionary, growth is slower than tortoise's speed. Zero management. Blame game is always played. No boundary between the senior junior behavioral. Love affairs within the employees are going on which supports favoritism. Full on nepotism.

Senior management is acceptable of your opinions and involve employees in product related decision making. Development team is quite good at their work.

Responsibility definition is yet to be specified properly, authority responsibility relationship needs to be improved at the level of tech managers.

Apart from management regarding payroll and policies every thing is good. Lots of opportunities to learn new technology and employees are very supportive and works as a team . No politics between employees.

Company policies are not user friendly, it's varies from employee to employee. Management is worst . They make false commitment about variables and bonuses.
