I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nothing to another level of leaning..only basic which anyone can know who came from medical billing..no canteen facility.no job security,senior are very rude..no mannaer how to talk..alwys demotivate their junior employees..only politics games between seniors.no work life ever..all frustrated data entry employees doing job in pressure.

Work life balance is great.. No work pressure or targets. Management need to improve alot.

Dislikes

I joined here almost 2.5 yrs now.. But no promotion or increment happened... No new learning.. Lack of empathy.
