Everything was going well they are just paying as much I m working.... I never demanded for anything extra

...ffected my admissions, they started deduction and even forfeited the incentives. I still said nothing because I had trust even in deducted salary that things will fine soon. But they are cheaters and hold my incentives and salary. Please there is no need to join them, I begged you to please join better place for bright future, I have spender 5+ years and their behaviour is worst. Please don't join them ,......give your peak carrier years in a better place with good job security. .... Omg ......how you can say that you are providing 900 leads and I was waisting them..... For kind reminder I want to inform that I was a part of leads department too where I make cold calling of 200+ calls daily and get only 20-30 peoples who said they are interested. And I gave 85% of my justification till 2020 March that's why my incentives got released in 2021 Feb end. In 2021 company resolved the leads department and a proper complain about me on complain board. Which completely ruins the things..... That's the reason I gave during the appraisal meeting too. And if on a single call of hr I returned my assests within 24 hours to ofc. What it shows that I was not wrong anywhere...... I not even expect that you will not release my salary that's why I said to hr to release that. Even she called me to give the details of commitments u gave to the students in June ..... Still no updates for salary ... Again n again she said we will pay just 8400 .......Why not the salary you paid last month too. Whole year in 2020 you deducted Salary...... We worked extra and have to extract leads first from cold calling ..... But still that much pressure...... And I have not misbehaved .... I just not talked to admin..... Because I really don't want to talk......i suffered a lot in past one year... salary incentives

best place to work, description of work, specific job role for each individual, for last 10 years company is in a growing phase, always give salary on time, gives overtime payment with salary, 1 paid leave, 2 short leave in a month 5 medical leave in a year, fully paid annual office trip for all employee, giving 12000 every year on Diwali as retention bonus to each employee with Diwali Gifts.. I think this is fair enough to give 5 star rating for my company, and these all things are true, can be verified from any existing employee.

They charge penalty for those who come in between 10.00 am to 10.30 am and deduct salary for those came after 10.30 am, but they pay double overtime so it does not impact on salary, but if they can remove late penalty than it could be much better.
