Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing about this Company is good.

IMTS is one of the worst Company I have ever worked with, on paper they say 5 day working and 9.30 to 6.30 timings but the truth is they will make you work 24x7 even on weekends also. They deduct TDS from salaries but it is not paid to respective government agencies and you have to send multiple reminders to them but all in vain. They simply follow hire and fire policy, new joinees are given any random project without any support or guidance and if you are not able to perform then they will fire you citing performance issues. My personal suggestion to anyone intending to work with IMTS is please look for better opportunities and don't destroy your career here.
