Worst company I have ever worked, HR support is very very bad.

Company will take money from your salary by saying that's for company welfare, employees cannot contact HR as they won't respond to call and mail

This was great opportunity to get the job and great experience in this company.If i had any information regarding that's want to get quick responce from this company. And good talking of way, beahaviour was very good of each employee,which were deputed that comapny.i have no word to described all about i hope that's enough for understood every body.And i am happy with IMSI mangement. Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
