I could only talk about the team I was assigned to, SOoTL was good, really helpful, manager were good too, never talked anyone badly even when someone made mistakes.

Dislikes

Pressure of submission, salary is low, no promotion for people working remotely, doesn't matter how well you perform you can't be a TL if you are working remotely

Good things here I would say is the managers here are really helpful and supportive. If you are a fresher then this is the best place to learn things on a long term.

...arted as a fresher in the recruitment industry and no proper training was given. Compensation wise they are quite below the market rate and expects to meet the market competition at that range.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fait and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

A good Company to work with Overall and excellent for the Growth and promotions but in terms of salary and incentives not satisfied Company needs to increase this as well overall Good company to work with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You will be given targets and you just have complete it you will learn only about people that how mean these people could be. You will never ever learn anything from here and there is no growth.
