... memorable one with our squad and branch head .now this is kinda family to me .. so I prefer this company to freshers who need a job with good salary and understanding manager .

Work environment, work culture is very good, company gives PF, Health Insurance to its employees.

Dislikes

... increment is good but no promotion. No allowances i.e. like medical or travel. No bonus on festivals or meeting goals & targets.

I could only talk about the team I was assigned to, SOoTL was good, really helpful, manager were good too, never talked anyone badly even when someone made mistakes.

Pressure of submission, salary is low, no promotion for people working remotely, doesn't matter how well you perform you can't be a TL if you are working remotely

Course allocation in advance. Formal communication through emails. Salary paid latest by 05th of next month. Small gifts and parties to all employees on festivals like Holi and Diwali.

Dislikes

Does not look and feel like an MBA college but a show-biz. Class size of more than 100 students in a section in term-5 and term-6 of MBA. A subtle environment where everyone is made to feel insecure. Lopsided organizational policies, Culture of touching feet, Non-professional work environment, Compulsory celebration of festivals in the college, Putting responsibility of organising fests and star shows on faculty members, Indirectly forcing faculty members to act as bouncers in the fests and star shows.

Good things here I would say is the managers here are really helpful and supportive. If you are a fresher then this is the best place to learn things on a long term.

Dislikes

...arted as a fresher in the recruitment industry and no proper training was given. Compensation wise they are quite below the market rate and expects to meet the market competition at that range.
