They do not pay as per your experience and very low compare to average market pay Also they will hire newbees as a senior recruiter withput any prior experience and pay more to the newbees compare to the one who are already there in the company for past 1 or 2 years. The increment is another joke here

Great team and co-workers. Client was good.

Dislikes

Increment was terrible. IMS VP support was terrible. Salary and Incentives were not according to the work. They force to WFO, but when there was powercut in office, they force yo work from home for that day.
