Mental health and career is ruined after joining this company. Many employees have not got there 2 months of salary. There is one senior who resigned because he has not got any hike after working for 2 years(he was a tester). He was working at 25,000 in Bangalore for last two years. He cried infront of manager in the meeting but they don't have any sympathy ultimately he resigned.

...employees infront of clients also. They treat employees more badly than labours. They kept 2 months of salary and also hasn't given experience letter. This is hire and fire company. This company fired many employees within one months of joining without notice period.

I had a disappointing experience at this company,Despite putting all the hard work and showcasing my skills, there was little to no recognition or appropriation. The work culture is not supportive and talented individuals after find their efforts overlooked. salary hikes and skill growth for a talented fellow is non existent, which makes it difficult to stay motivated.i would recommend to stay away from this company which is literally a night mare for any talented person. i had witnessed three colleagues of mine leave abruptly frustrated on the spot because of misbehaviour.
